It was a glorious morning in Tu as Tew Phor and Six sat down to breakfast. They had Sneh hen eggs, Niarg toast and three tree tea. Outside the sun shone as the princes pony Sunflower grazed happily on the sweat green grass.
Today was the day Tew wanted to go from Tu to Tu the town of Tu in Tu and he would ask his father. "Father?", said Tew as he finished his three tree tea. "May I go to the town of Tu today?" Tew held his breath.
"You wish to go to Tu?, king Phor said loudly. "What do you think mother?" "Shall we let this young charge venture forth to Tu?" the king said as he winked at Six.
"Oh I'm sure Sunflower will keep an eye on him his mother giggled." "And he is becoming quite the young man." "But!" his mother continude, you must return when the steeple bells ring five." Her face turned to the I mean it look the prince knew so well.. "Yes mother," said Tew and excused himself from the table.
Breakfast over, the prince prepared for his journey from Tu to Tu in Tu. He gathered some melon cake and water berries to snack on the way. Some blue carrots and honey for Sunflower. Sunflower was dressed in his finest saddle and reins, his white coat shone in the morning sun..
Sunflower was the princes best friend, and if ever anyone could speak without words it was the prince and Sunflower. The prince climbed high atop Sunflower and they set off from Tu to Tu on the road from Tu called Frum.
On the road Frum from Tu to Tu the sun shone like a warm hug that lasts all day long. Halfway along Frum from Tu to Tu Sunflower and the prince saw a lovely tree with shade and grass. Without words they stopped for a snack and a rest..
The birds flew high in the sky, Sunflower ate his blue carrots and honey and the prince his melon cakes and water berries. As they were finishing their snack, they watched an old traveler walking down Frum from Tu in Tu. "Hello! the old one called as he was passing the tree under which the young travelers sat..
"Have you heard the news from the house of There in Tu"? the old one asked.
"Why no fine Sir, what is the news from the house of There in Tu?" the prince asked in his most polite and princely manor. The old man put his finger to his chin, thought for a moment and replied. "I think you must find out for yourself the news of the house of There in Tu." and with that the old man was on his way..
The prince and Sunflower feeling fresh and rested continued on down Frum to Tu the town of Tu in Tu.
As Sunflower and the prince passed through the great gates of Tu, they could see the clock of the tallest tower in the town with it's face of gold and hand hued hands of Heavenly heavy Hwood-wood.
They rode past the cheerful shops, the smells of food and cinnamon filling the air. The windows full of all manner of things. They rode down the alley Smaly and up alley Tally into the open air market.
The sounds and wonderful smells of the market swirled about them and the sellers and buyer sold and bought..
High atop Sunflower the prince yelled above the noise to a funny little man with a red hat selling roasted cherry nuts who looked ever so much like a cherry nut himself.. the prince thought.
"Can you tell me the news of the house of There please kind sir?" the prince asked calling loudly over the buyers and sellers selling and buying. "No I don't think so!" the little cherry nut yodeled back. "I think you must find out for yourself!" his voice loud from years of selling and buying in the old market.
"Well could you perhaps tell us where the house of There may be found kind sir?" Tew asked shouting at the top of his lungs. "Well little prince," the little cherry nut shouted back. "You must ride up the road marked Down and down the lane called Up!" And with that the little cherry nut with arms turned to tend to the sweet food roasting on the coals.
With a thank you wave Tew and Sunflower made their way through the crowd to look for the road marked Down. "Now where is this road called Down?" thought Sunflower and the prince together. And just as they rounded the next bend, there it was, the road marked Down, and up Down they went.
They quickly came to the bridge Under that crossed over the river Under. Under was a fine strong stone bridge and over Under they rode. Halfway across they stopped to look at the river Under as they passed high over Under over Under on Under.
Now over Under they could see the path called Arownd that wound around through the woods Thru, and down around Arownd, and through Thru they wound down around Arownd.
Fish jumped, Toodle flies buzzed and Tew and Sunflower went happily along. Around Arownd around Allarowned through Thru.
As they passed lake Allarowned, ahead though Thru they saw the end of Arownd and soon left the dappled sunlight that shone through Thru.
Sunflower and the prince rode out of Thru and into the sugar melon fields of the house of There. They could see the house of There, tall and strong in the fields.
Riding along the garden wall and finding the gate, they looked in to see a garden of all manor of trees, plants and flowers glowing all the shades and hues of summer. Beneath the trees the most beautiful girl Tew had ever seen ran along the blue green grass. Her golden hair thick and long flowed and danced with her every move. As she ran her feet barely touched the earth, or so it seemed to Tew.

"Hello!" "Hello!" the prince called out. The young girl stopped turned and smiled. Her smile was as bright as the sun that reflected the gold in her eyes.
"Please fine young miss." said the prince. "My name is Tew and this is Sunflower and we seek the house of There. "I am told there is news of this house", Tew continued, "and if you would be so kind as to show us the way we shall forever be in your dept."
The girl in the summer garden giggled and said, "Why you have found the house of There my fine friend.
"I am Inbetween daughter of Taup and Bawtum, the duke and duchess of the house of There." Her voice was music to Tews ears.
"This is the garden Out" she sang. "Won't you plese come in Out?" Inbetween asked. So in Out they went.
In Out the prince climbed down from Sunflower and bowed to the lovely Inbetween. "May we hear the news of this fine house?" he asked slowly rising.
"Why yes!"said the enchanting Inbetween her reply rich with laughter. "But first you must take tea with us and I will not take no for an answer. She pressed her hands to her hips..
The prince could only reply " My lady you hold me sweet hostage and it would be my great pleasure to take tea with you." Inbetween and Tew left Sunflower to dine on the many sweet fruits that were in the garden Out. And out of Out into There they went.
In the house of There Inbetween introduced Tew to her mother Bawtum and her father Taup. They immediately asked him to join them for tea in the great dining hall.
They sat down to a fine late afternoon tea of Niffum muffins, Dalas salad and Three tree tea.
"Now what brings you to the house of There?" Inbetweens father asked as he buttered his Niffum muffin with sweet rose butter.
The prince took a sip of tea and replied. "I have come to learn of the news from the noble house of There kind sir."
"Oh I see!" laughed Taup, bits of Dalas salad and Niffum muffin flying from his mouth. "Shall we tell our fine young quest the news?" Taup asked his wife, lovingly poking her in the side with his elbow.
"I'm sure we should," she said as she covered her mouth with her hand.
"Well by gum, I'll tell our friend the news!" Taup bellowed, and began to tell the prince the news of the house of There.
Before the second word could leave Taups mouth everyone turned to the window to see Sunflower jumping and snorting. Making such a fuss that right away Tew knew.
"Oh, the time!" exclaimed the prince. " I truly beg your pardon and thank you for the fine tea. But I must take my leave." The prince stood and bowed.
Inbetween stood as well, went to his side and leaned and whispered in his ear. "There now you know the news of the house of There," she said and kissed him on the cheek.
Tew wanted nothing more than to stay with Inbetween and swore his return. But now he must hurry from There to Tu through Tu up Frum home to Tu.
Tew lept upon Sunflower gathered the riens and out of Out they raced. Across the melon fields they galloped. Down to Thru, down around Arownd, all-around Allaround through Thru the two flew.
The two flew over Under over Under and up Up to Down. They galloped down Down to alley Taly and up Smaly alley to the road Frum from Tu. On Frum from Tu to Tu, Tew knew that two knew new news and this was new news that Tew knew Sunflower knew too.
Now safely back at Tu, Tew groomed Sunflower and prepared him for the night. With Sunflower warm and secure Tew ran to the castle and called for his parents..
"We're in the dining room my love!" his mothers voice filled the hall. "Come have dinner!" she called and Tew ran down to the great room where Phor and Six sat ready to eat. "I'm glad to see you back in time" said Six. "Please sit for dinner."
"Oh mother, Oh father," Tew exclaimed. "I had the most wonderful day and have new news from the house of There."Tew said as he sat down at the table. "Well, your journy to Tu was an eventfull one?" Phor asked. "Go on then tell us about your adventure and the news from the house of There." Phor sat back and folded his arms across his barrel chest.
Tew told the tale. He told about the road Frum from Tu to Tu. He told of the old travaller and how he must find out for himself the news of the house of There. Tew told of the alleys Taly and Smally, and of the little cherry nut with arms and legs. About going Down Up and up Down. About how over Under over Under the two flew.
He told of the path Arownd that went through Thru and all around Allarownd to There. He discribed the garden Out and the princess with the golden hair, lunch and the hurried ride home from There to Tu.
Dinner over the prince asked to be exused as he had had a long day and would lke to go and study..
"Yes that's a grand idea" his father said.
"I think I'll read." said Six "but you''ve not told us the news of There?" she reminded Tew.
"Oh yes!" Tew laughed. "The eldest dughter will marry a gentalman by the name of Fore, and the house of There, from this day forth will be known as There-Fore." Tew kissed his parents and went to his room to study and dream about Inbetween in Out.......
